Social media as used in this policy is media that allows a large number of users to communicate with each other, regardless of whether they are specified or not, based on individual transmissions using the Internet or web technology.

Guidelines for using social media

  1. If you use an account that clearly states that you belong to us, you will be aware and responsible as a representative of our company. Recognize that posted information may affect Lifeclub & co, even for personal use.
  2. In accordance with confidentiality obligations, we will not disclose confidential information or other confidential information. We will not disclose customer and business partner information, including the fact that we have transactions with us, without the permission of the customer and business partner. Refrain from sending information that includes personal information and privacy.
  3. When disseminating information using social media, pay attention to various laws and regulations such as copyright, portrait right, and trademark right.
  4. Do not post infringement of rights to us or anyone related to us, content that bothers others, or bad words about colleagues, others, or other companies. In addition, we will not disseminate information that may threaten the safety of our employees.
  5. Try to describe the information to be sent accurately. Also, care should be taken not to mislead the content. Understand that information published on the network cannot be completely deleted even once.
  6. Recognizing that the information sent will be evaluated by us, we will respond with an attitude of accepting messages from others in a receptive and sympathetic manner.
